Porter: Technical network utility to reditect TCP connections from any port on the local computer to any port on any other computer OS: Windows NT/9x/2K/XP Minimum Specs: Network/Internet connection, or may be run locally. Network experience essential. Status: Project completed, final release pending. |

Description: If you dont know what it does, you won't need it. This will be useful for network managers and people who use the internet much of the time. Also good for developers as a tool to test network applications and fake 'lag' by chaining several instances of Porter :) Originally I used Porter to bypass port blocks my ISP often imposed and as proxies so I could log into IRC via someone else's PC to avoid bans.
